by99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between by99 and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, browses, registers, deposits, wagers, or otherwise interacts with the by99 platform at by99.one. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by by99, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, Wheel, Mine, and all associated financial, promotional, and account management services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on by99, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the by99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. • You have not previously been excluded from by99 voluntarily or as a result of a by99 enforcement action.
• You are registering with accurate personal information and a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control.
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally based on your specific circumstances and jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) by99 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by any single individual — whether registered under the same or different mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Your by99 account credentials — specifically your registered mobile number and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. by99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. You must notify by99 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Account credentials must not be shared or transferred.
• by99 may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy policies as outlined in Section 5.

by99 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of deposit, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, among others that may be added or removed from time to time at by99's discretion.

All funds deposited into a by99 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to a third party — including family members — is prohibited. by99 reserves the right to request evidence of payment ownership and to reverse or withhold any deposit where ownership cannot be confirmed.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method within the cashier section of your by99 account.
• by99 does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet operator are not within by99's control.
• Deposits are credited to your by99 balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
• by99 reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on any deposit before crediting funds.
• Funds deposited by Players are held in accounts separate from by99's operational funds.

Withdrawal requests at by99 are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. by99 targets a standard processing time of under two minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals and same-day processing for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, though these timelines may be affected by third-party processing schedules outside by99's control.

• Withdrawals may only be requested to payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
• by99 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly first-time withdrawals or requests exceeding specified thresholds.
• Active bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be included in a withdrawal request until those requirements are satisfied.
• by99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by receiving banks or mobile wallets are the Player's responsibility.
• Balances in accounts deemed dormant (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity maintenance fee, details of which will be communicated by email prior to deduction.
• by99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering obligations require further investigation.

by99 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, international cricket tournaments, and other occasions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion — must be wagered before withdrawal becomes available. Specific requirements are detailed per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in each promotion's specific terms.

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game or market.

by99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has been placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in question. The settlement of cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test matches — follows industry-standard procedures, and by99's decision on bet settlement is final subject only to the dispute process outlined in Section 15.

• Bets may not be cancelled by the Player once confirmed, except where the specific market rules expressly permit cancellation within a defined window.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and market and are displayed within the relevant interface.
• by99 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game, market, or feature. Maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory considerations may affect game availability at any time.
• Results of all RNG (random number generator) games are determined by independently verified software and cannot be influenced by by99 or the Player.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game procedures (cards, wheel spins, dice) conducted by live dealers and are recorded and verified.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period ranging from one week to permanent exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours. by99 will not accept deposits or wagers from self-excluded Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on by99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, including pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games involving other Players.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using a by99 account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Facilitating access to by99 for any individual who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to self-exclusion.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the by99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from by99 without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the by99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

by99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of viruses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While by99 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, it does not warrant that the platform will meet all Players' requirements at all times.

• by99's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• by99 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• by99 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, mobile money operators, or banking networks.

by99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at by99.one/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

by99 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, registered mobile number, payment transaction records, and gaming activity logs for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting obligations. by99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players may close their by99 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

by99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable game rules.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the Player.
• Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

by99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification through the by99 platform or to the registered mobile number associated with the Player's account prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of by99 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the date the changes take effect. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any relevant event shall govern that event.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and by99, the Player should contact the by99 customer support team in the first instance. by99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. Supporting documentation, including transaction records, bet history, and communication logs, may be requested as part of the dispute resolution process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards. The English language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Any reference to "by99" in these Terms refers collectively to the operating entity behind the by99.one platform and its authorised agents. by99 operates under international gaming regulatory standards, with all games independently verified for fairness and compliance.
